Delivery and Returns

Delivery 
All concrete items are handmade so please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch. All items are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class so please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
When your product has been dispatched, you will be notified. 
Delivery is a flat rate of £3 up to a spend of £40 and then free if you spend £40 and over!

Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you love your purchase, however, if you have any issues with your items please contact us so we can resolve them. 

If your items have arrived damaged, please contact me with images within 24hrs of receiving your order.

If you change your mind after receiving your item then you are free to return your item in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

We reserve the right to reject refunds if the item arrives back to us in poor, used or broken condition.
